He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Helen and Lieutenant Colonel; his wife Diane Rowles; his pet Tanner; and his sisters, Karen (David Connery), Debra (Rolf Nielsen), Coreen (Fenwick Gardiner) and Colette Desmarais (Christopher Massa). He was also cherished by seventeen nieces and nephews and six great-nieces and nephews.
