She was predeceased by: her parents, Senator Edward J. Lawrence and Shirley Johnson Armstrong. She is survived by: her significant other Michael A. Trautman; her daughters, Dr. Catherine Lawrence Alves (Mitchell Gregory Champlin), Victoria Johnson Alves and Jessica Lynn Trautman; her siblings, James R. Lawrence (Lynn) and Catherine H. Lawrence (Lewis Marrapese); her nieces, Amy Baxter and Allison Lawrence; her great-nieces, Bella Barber and Charlotte Baxter; her granddaughter Sophie Elizabeth Alves Champlin; and her pet Nanc.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mettatuxet Yacht Club (36 S River Dr, Narragansett, RI 02882).
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Jonnycake Center for Hope, 22 Kersey Road, Peace Dale, RI 02879.
