He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Brouillette and Evelyn Brouillette (Breault); and his brother Robert Brouillette. He is survived by: his siblings, David Brouillette of Narragansett, Nancy Hastings (David) of Cumberland and Carol Brouillette of Deep River, CT; his siblings' children, Keith Medieros of Charlestown, RI, Jeffery Medieros of Madison, CT and Michaela Hastings of Cumberland, RI; and his close friend Elayne Jackson of Cranston, RI..
