He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Peter and Florence Peter (Roe); and his brother Charles Peter. He is survived by : his spouse Marion Peter (Miller); his daughter April L. Peter of Riverside; his granddaughter Gianna Lynn Loccisano of Riverside; and his brother Bob Peter of Florida.
