It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger N. Garceau of Narragansett, Rhode Island, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Garceau and Loula Garceau (Blanchard); and his sister Madeleine Brouillard. He is survived by: his wife Joan Garceau (Mason); his children, Michelle Bliss (Tom), Alfred Garceau (Holly), George Garceau, Paul Garceau, Arthur Garceau and Renee Pepin (David); his grandchildren, Kati Rose, Emily, Eliza, Marc, Jarrett, Joshua, Michael, Mason and Amanda; and his great grandchild Nathan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
