He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Carty (Green); and his parents, James Carty and Mary Carty (Carr). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Meller (Michael) and Megan Carty; his grandchildren, Charlotte and Paige; and his siblings, Patricia Colman (Fred) and James Carty (Gisela). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
