He was predeceased by : his parents, William Harper and Rosemary Harper (Trask); and his sister Bernadine Poissant. He is survived by : his daughters, Kristen E. Harper of Warren, Ashley L. Harper of Rumford, Tara N. Harper of Warren and Jessica L. Harper of Massachusetts; his grandsons, Joseph Rodrigues and Brody Shaker; and his siblings, Susan Waddell of Bristol, William Harper of Kansas, Robert Harper of Bristol, David Harper of Bristol, Kelly Harper of Bristol and Lori Thibeault of East Providence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
