He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Hanley and Georgina Hanley (Englehart); his wife Mary Alice; his son David; and his siblings, William Fleming, James Fleming, John Hanley, Jim Hanley, Raymond Hanley, Germaine Hanley, Jane Howson and Betty Baker.
He is survived by: his brother Joseph Hanley of Naugatuck, CT; and his children, Shawn Sarnosky (Vincent Sr.) of Southborough, MA, Margaret Kirchof (Steven) of Orlando, FL, Robert Hanley, Jr. (Pam) of Middletown, RI, Germaine San Martin (Bill) of Bristol, RI, Colleen DeSouza of Tiverton, RI and John Hanley (Rebecca Hogan) of Middletown, RI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
