He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Bouchard and Abbie Lachapelle; and his siblings, Debra Berube, Lauri Silvia, Kenneth Bouchard, Rachel Bouchard, Michael Dempsey, Melissa Bouchard and Jennifer Bouchard. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews, along with great Nieces and great Nephews.
