He is survived by: his wife Grace LeBlanc (Maraia); and his children, Joanne Pigott (Timothy) of West Warwick, Michael LeBlanc (Julie) of Franklin, Kenneth LeBlanc (Sarah) of Saunderstown and Kathy Easter (Duane) of North Kingstown. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
