He is survived by: his sister Ellen Hayes of Bartlett, NH; his children, Adrianne Levy (Jeff) of Maine, Leon (Rachel) of Idaho, Dawn Alves of North Kingstown, Terri Beauchamp of West Warwick and Gary (Rosemary) of West Warwick; his grandchildren, Tara, Ethan Levy, Jeffery, Bianca, DiMitri, Lola Sanborn, Stephanie Durkee, Chelsey Alves, Amanda Kowalski (Andrew), TJ Geuss, Courtney Philbrick (Josh) and Ori Sanborn; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Ava Kowalski, Eleanor, Brooklyn Durkee, Kody and Jett Philbrick.
