He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hanson and Ivah M. Hanson (Lind); and his sister Margaret "Muggy" Hawkinson. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Rose" Hanson (Cheetham); his children, Peter T. Hanson (Crystal), Paul M. Hanson (Kara) and Sunny M. Sampson (Hanson); his friend Danny Beliveau; and his siblings, Mary L. Northup and John D. Hanson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
