He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Edgar Rush and Jeannette Rita Rush (Kenyon). He is survived by: his nephews, David Gardner (Sheila Burr) and Daniel Gardner (Dorothy); and his niece Rita Straker (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (381 School St, North Kingstown, RI 02852). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ri Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
