He was predeceased by: his parents, Damiano DiMille and Silvia DiMille (DiPerna); and his siblings, Nicholas DiMille, Anne Gavin and Elaine Whalen.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Latorella-DiMille; his children, Michael DiMille, Richard Latorella, Jonathan Latorella and Annmarie Kosak; and his brother-in-law Kevin Whalen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
