George H. Young Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, George H. Young of North Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, George shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Young (Harrison); his sons, George "Skip" Young of Greenville and Gregory Young (Kirsten Hokeness); his grandchildren, Maddie Young, Caiden Young, Grace Young and Sophia Young; his brother David Young (Kathy); and his nephew Christopher Young.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home (2 Church St, Greenville, RI 02828). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greystone Church (1 Oakleigh Ave, North Providence, RI 02911).
