She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermine LaMontagne and Oliva LaMontagne; her siblings, Leona, Helen, Paul, Simone, Eugene, Noella and Claire; her husband Donald Octeau; and her son Jay (Jennifer) of Westerly.
She is survived by: her children, Philip (Donna) of Coventry, Melanie (Doug) of Portsmouth, Michael (Wendy) of Johnston, Stephen (Ann) of Warwick, Melissa (Greg) of Lincoln, Baltimore and Boston. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
