He was predeceased by: his spouse Leonie DiCostanzo (Slaimen); his parents, Antonio DiCostanzo and Angela DiCostanzo; and his siblings, Diego DiCostanzo, Anthony DiCostanzo, Marie Cardillo and Jean Quaglieri.
He is survived by: his son John Mario DiCostanzo; and his grandchildren, Julia Marie DiCostanzo and Leonardo Robert DiCostanzo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02911). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (1 Rhode Island Ave, Johnston, RI 02919).
