Ronald leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ronald’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ronald will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Ricci and Ida Ricci (Rufo); and his daughter Candace M. Mendes (Ricci). He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Ricci (Manocchia); his son-in-law Bob Mendes (Karen); his grandsons, Matthew and Andrew Mendes; his brother Louis Ricci (Roberta) of Richmond; and his grandson Little League. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home (971 Branch Ave, Providence, RI 02904). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Augustine Church (639 Mt Pleasant Ave, Providence, RI 02908).
