McDole, Jr. (Amy) of Burrillville and Brandon M. McDole (Crystal) of North Providence; her stepmother Pauline Anthony of Smithfield; her siblings, Lisa Frezza of Westlake, FL, Robert Anthony, Jr. of North Providence, David Anthony of Smithfield and Tammy Drake of Dunstable, MA.; and her grandchild Logan McDole.
