He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger Achille and Anna Achille (Uliano); and his siblings, Roger, Stephen Achille and Arlene Callendar.
He is survived by : his children, William Achille (Sandra) of Greenville, Alana Flask of San Antonio, TX and Alicia DeSimone (Gino) of West Warwick; his sister Donna Salvadore of Delray Beach, FL; his grandchildren, William Achille, Jessica Achille, Kyle Hepner and Garrett Hepner; and his great grandchild Gavin Achille. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
