He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kudzma and Josephine Kudzma (Lantini). He is survived by: his children, Steven Kudzma (Kim), Michael Kudzma (Crystal) and Sandra Cushman (Stephen); his grandchildren, Steven, Amanda, Grace, Benjamin, Talia, Nicholas, Michael and Marcus; his great grandchildren, Esmee, Journee, Jovie, Angelo, Jayden, Jaslyn and Jayce; and his siblings, Elizabeth Rutten, Dennis Sousa and David Sousa.
