She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Corey and Mary Louise Corey (Sagot); her husband Matthew H. Koly; her daughter Karolyn Levesque; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lonardo and Kassidy Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Lonardo, Cynthia Smith, Nikole Coutu (Robert) and Jackolyn Torres; and her grandchildren, Steven Verino, Lauren Crinnian, Courtney Lonardo, Brittany, Savanah, Kory Smith, Kyle, Jared Coutu, Richard, Eva, Henry, Louis, Edward Levesque, Jaime and Jackson Torres.
