He was predeceased by: his father John B. O'Brien; and his pet Mia. He is survived by: his wife Louise O'Brien (Duquette); his mother Louise O'Brien; his grandson Cameron; his children, Erin (Steve) and Patrick (Lindsay); his grandson Hunter of Connecticut; his brothers, Timothy (Rosemary) of Woonsocket and Terrance (Jennifer) of Connecticut; his brother-in-law Luc Savard (Barbara) of Pennsylvania; and his caregivers, Jenn, Cathy, Valerie, Rebecca and Fatihou Moumouni. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
