Hazard of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Russell Hazard and Ernestine Hazard (Howard). He is survived by : his wife Karen Hazard (Leddy); his son Oliver Hazard of Providence; and his siblings, Judith Abbate (late Denis) of North Smithfield, Christine Colletto (Tony) of Lincoln and Thomas Hazard (Daniela) of Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint John the Evangelist Church (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02896). A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Saint John the Evangelist Cemetery (63 Church St, Woonsocket, RI 02896).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
