He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Guy (Bedard); his parents, Leandre Guy and Alice Guy (Duguay); and his siblings, John Guy, Constance Beauregard and Madeline Brien.
He is survived by: his children, Tracie LaChapelle, Tammie Pessia and Brian Guy; and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jenna, Paige and Kara.
