He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Poisson and Anna Poisson (Sarreault); his son David; his brother Eugene Poisson; and his stepgrandson Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Poisson (Latour); his daughter-in-law Laurie of Burrillville; his siblings, Muriel Bertrand of Virginia, Ronald Poisson of Florida, Lori Auger of Florida and Roland Poisson of Massachussets; his grandchildren, Tracey, Tammy, Kristy, Alyssa, Amanda, Amy, Joshua and Allison; and his stepgrandson Mathew. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
