He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris McNeil and Bella McNeil (Maurice). He is survived by: his children, Emily McNeil of Cumberland and Matthew McNeil (Elizabeth) of Norfolk, MA; his siblings, Robert McNeil (Lillian) of North Smithfield, Doris Ceprano of Cranston, Estelle Heroux of Woonsocket and Jeanne Carbone (Thomas) of North Kingstown; and his granddaughters, Lily Ann McNeil and Mia McNeil.
