He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Davis and Margaret Davis (O'Bryan). He is survived by: his wife Denise Davis (Lapierre); his children, Shawn P. Daly of Dallas, TX and Brigitte A. Flanagan of Phoenix, AZ; and his sisters, Martha Campbell and Barbara Carnahan. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
