With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alfred B. DeMaio of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred DeMaio and Teresa DeMaio (Covellone); his brothers-in-law, Anthony "Tony" Palumbo and Richard "Bob" DelGuidice; and his stepmother Myrtle DeMaio.
He is survived by: his sisters, Elaine M. Palumbo and Beverly A. DelGuidice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home (78 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honor Alfred's memory to do so by supporting local veterans' organizations or community arts programs.
