He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelino Borges and Laura Borges (Lopes); and his brother Steven Borges. He is survived by: his siblings, Armando L. Borges, Adriano Borges (Ann) and Theresa Marie Borges; his nephews, Eric Borges and David Kane; and his niece Tracey Nunnaley.
