He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Nunes and Maria Nunes (Evangelho) of Oliveira; and his brother Manuel Nunes. He is survived by: his children, Luis Oliveira and Sandra Silvia; his grandchildren, Eric Oliveira, Jennifer Oliveira, Nicole Oliveira, Natasha Sokotoh, Nathan Pina, Marley Silvia and Alyson Warner Oliveira; and his siblings, Maria Bettencourt, Maria Madalena Silveira and Maira of Jesus Amaral. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
