She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph M. Howard; her parents, Albert J. Diggett and Blanche Diggett (Chenail); and her siblings, Bernard Diggett, Delores Crawley, Claire Dyson, Francis Diggett, Marilyn LaComte, Arline Diggett, Richard Diggett and Norma McCaughey.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca E. Howard of Pawtucket. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
