She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald F. Slovak; and her parents, Romeo L. Angiolillo and Angelina A. Angiolillo (Cheli). She is survived by: her children, Kristen S. Nichols (Scott) of Seekonk, Derek M. Slovak (Hannah) of Trumbull and Jennifer A. Slovak (Ryan Henriquez) of Brooklyn; and her grandchildren, Camden, Liam, Lyla, Kyle, Roma and Harlow.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William W Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa Church (358 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861).
