She was predeceased by: her husband Carl A. Benson, Jr.; her parents, Eugene Greenlee and Frances Greenlee (Livingstone); and her siblings, Doris DelRicci, Charles Greenlee, Andrew Greenlee, Robert Greenlee, Arthur "James" Greenlee and Helen Greenlee.
She is survived by: her children, Diane D'Ambra (Michael Dubois) of Manville, Linda Salois (Ronald) of Pawtucket, Robert Benson (Sandy) of Pawtucket and Kenneth Benson (Constance) of Coventry; her son-in-law James D'Ambra of Blackstone, MA; her sisters, Marion Lisi of Attleboro and Alice Rose Thatch of Smartsville, CA; her grandchildren, Casey D'Ambra, Corey Gendreau, Caley D'Ambra-Dejesus, Eric Benson, Thomas Salois and Mathieu Salois; and her great grandchild Ava Gendreau. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
