He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Cunningham and Margaret Cunningham (Pryor); and his siblings, Arlene Harold and Raymond Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Attorney Patrick Kelly Cunningham and Steven Charles Cunningham; his grandchildren, Kayla Ann Coyle (Ryan), Kyle Ian Cunningham (Matthew Vieira) and Kathryn Patricia Cunningham (Frazier Hines); his great grandchildren, Connor James Coyle and Mackenzie Ann Coyle; and his sister Bernice Tomasso. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
