Ballem (Heather) and Beth Francoeur (Roger); his son Daniel J. Ballem Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Amy, Ryan (Ambar) and Dylan O'Reilly; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carmen Lucca, August and Oliver O'Reilly.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home (1895 Broad St, Cranston, RI 02905).
