He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Levesque (Paul), Christopher and Shawn Horta; his friends, Kevin, Carl, Wendy and Bruno; his parents, Sandra Ann (Brackenwagen) and Dennis James Horta Sr.; Dennis. He is also survived by nieces and six great-nieces and nephews.
