He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Woodard and Beverly Woodard (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Emily Woodard (Ventura); his daughters, Kerry L. Mayer (Luke) of Warwick and Jadyn M. Woodard of Pawtucket; his grandson Blake R. Mayer; his sister Donna Cave; and his pets, Winnie and Wormy.
