She was predeceased by: her parents, James Day and Helen Day (Twohig); and her brother James Day Jr.. She is survived by: her wife Concetta DiCenzo; her children, Dawna Giguere of Pawtucket, RI, Kayla Giguere of Pawtucket, RI, Amanda Giguere of Central Falls, RI, Vanessa Tabares of Cumberland, RI and Brian DiCenzo of Bucksport, ME; her grandchildren, Alana, Lariah, Julian, Jared, Avaya, Little John, Lukas, Logan and Juliette; her sister-in-law Patricia Champagne of North Providence, RI.; and her sisters, Darleen Joseph (Scott) of Pawtucket, RI and Christine Feld (Robert, Jr.) of Pawtucket, RI.

In lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial gifts to Cancer Care of Maine located at the Lafayette Cancer Center on 33 Whiting Hill Road, Brewer ME.
