She is survived by: her children, Jose Costa (Alicia) of Florida, Maria Lurdes Machado (Mário) of Pawtucket and Paulo Daniel (Brittany) of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Kevin (Bethany), Tanya (Jamel), Timothy, Marissa, Sean, Nevaeh, Kayden, Sophia and Max; and her great grandchildren, Tatiana, Jamel Jr., Paige, Van and Gianni.
