He was predeceased by: his parents, Placido Costa (Frank) and Jennie Costa; and his son Frank Costa Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Orise Costa (Lessard); his children, Joann Weiner (Mark), Patrick Costa (Keri), Lisa Williams (David), David Leduc (Donna), Janice Leduc and Christine Ross; his grandchildren, Ben, Hannah, Samantha, Ashley, Sophia, Isabella, Jonathan, Ian, Jared, Shelly and Joel; his great grandchildren, Declan, Chandler, Annette and Skylar Rose; and his sister Josephine Curzake (John). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
