He is survived by: his wife Ursula Michalopoulos (Bouris); his daughter Lisa Gavrillen Silverman; his grandchildren, Cooper Lee and Caylee Silverman; his siblings, Tina Photopoulos and Peter Michalopoulos; and his nieces and nephews, Theodore Michalopoulos II, Thomas Michalopoulos, Vincent McGuiness, Gregory Michalopoulos, Tina Zigas, Meghan Bevacqua, Candace Maher, Kristin Haddon and Valerie Ternullo.
