He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira A. Warner and Mary M. Warner (Clarke); and his sister Christine Warner. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen D. Warner (Tompkins); his children, Nia Warner of Providence, Alexis Warner (Randy) of Pawtucket, Victoria Warner (Kevin) of Pawtucket and Tiffany Warner (Trevor) of Warwick; his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Sophia, Aniyah and Josiah; his siblings, Tracey Harris and Grantley Warner; and his pet Tyson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
