He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Toloczko; and his parents, Zofia Kaminska and Stanislaw Stepien. He is survived by: his wife Irena Stepien (Widzinska); his children, Patrick Stepien and Katarzyna Wisniewska; and his grandchildren, Jerzy Dennis Stepien, Maciej Wisniewski and Wojtek Wisniewski.
