Joan Reid Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Reid (Pawtucket, Rhode Island), who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Reid to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Reid, Jr.; her parents, William Parkinson and Sarah Parkinson (Brown); and her siblings, Janice Harris (Parkinson), William R. Parkinson, Shirley Kaczmarek and Margaret Bowden (Reid).

She is survived by: her sons, David (Barbara), Jeffrey of Lincoln, Mark (Andrea) of Sharon, MA and Michael (Lucy); her granddaughters, Jenna (Steven), Julia and Emily; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Gracie Messer; and her daughter-in-law Keri Yuppa of Cumberland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Shriners Hospitals for Children will be deeply appreciated.
