He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Francis. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew J. Francis of Florida and Shayne Francis of Florida; his grandchildren, Taylor of Florida, Joie of Florida and Jude Francis of Florida; and his sisters, Elaine F. Weathers of Conway and Leslie F. Kolkowski of Blythewood. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
