He is survived by: his children, Karen Douglas (Richard) of Seekonk, MA, David O'Brien (Cynthia) of North Kingstown, RI and John M. O'Brien (Paulette) of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
