She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Joaquim and Joana Maria DaCruz; and her son Manuel DaCruz Gomes. She is survived by: her children, Sylvester DaCruz, Eduino DaCruz Gomes, Arlinda Gomes Fortes, Eduardo DaCruz and Anna DaCruz Lopes. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
