She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Kareemo; her parents, Joseph Tassone and Ethel Tassone; her children, Joyce "Joy" Kareemo and David; her grandchildren, Dr. Kalee Sargent (JJ Sargent) and Dean (Darya Kareemo); her brother Joseph R (Cheryl Tassone); and her son Stephen Kareemo. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce's name may be made to the American Heart Association or Hope Hospice Providence.
