He was predeceased by: his sister Joyce L. Duby; and his parents, Leo W. Duby and Dorris R. Duby (Church). He is survived by: his former wife Deborah A. Duby (Deegan); his children, Lee R. Duby Jr. (Gail J. Young) of Pawtucket, RI and Cheryl A. Duby (Robert J. Millar) of Norwood, MA; his siblings, Sandra D. Belmont (Duby), David W. Duby, Laura J. Duby and Cindy L. Duby; his grandchildren, Kaine C. Duby, Jordan N. Gamache, Corporal Cody K. Moreau, Lance Corporal Matthew K. Moreau, Blake R. Duby and Kaitlyn M. Thompson; his great grandchild Jaxon Ogden; Tom Hannon of Pawtucket, RI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in Lee's name be made to the American Heart Association.
